Sean Bean's pilot Legends has been given a series order by TNT.
The cable channel has ordered ten episodes of the spy drama, which is being produced by Homeland's Howard Gordon and Alexander Cary.
Bean will star in Legends as undercover FBI operative Martin Odum, who considers himself to be a master of disguise until a stranger informs him that he is not actually the man he believes himself to be.
The supporting cast for Legends will include Ali Larter as Martin's fellow FBI agent Crystal Quest and Tina Majorino as a new member of his Deep Cover Operations team.
Homeland's Gordon and Cary will serve as executive producers on Legends, while the showrunners will be Ethan Reiff and Cyrus Voris of Splinter Cell.
TNT is expected to premiere the new series in 2014 as part of its Sunday line-up, according to Deadline.
Legends will be Bean's most high-profile US television role since playing Lord Eddard Stark in the first season of Game of Thrones.
