It's the moment Marvel fans have been waiting for: Hayley Atwell is officially back as Agent Carter!
OK, so it's not the standalone movie we wanted, or even the comeback of her own Agent Carter TV series, but we'll take anything we can get at this point.
Yes, Hayley has lent her voice to the kick-ass Peggy Carter once more for the Marvel's Avengers: Secret Wars animated series – and you can catch her return in the US this Sunday (December 3).
In the brand new episode 'New Year's Resolution', past and present will collide as Howard Stark and Peggy Carter team up with Iron Man and Captain America to save the time stream.

That's not all – there's a very convincing rumour that Agent Peggy Carter might be appearing in next year's Avengers: Infinity War.
Back in July, one eagle-eyed fan at Comic-Con spotted footage from the upcoming epic hinting at Peggy being brought back thanks to the Infinity Stone.
And considering the footage included flashbacks of Cap and Peggy together and the Infinity Stone's rather handy time-warping abilities, there is a small chance we could be seeing one of our favourite Marvel heroines back in the MCU.
Avengers: Infinity War will hit cinemas on May 4, 2018, with the untitled sequel following in 2019.
