Agent Carter star James D'Arcy and This Is Us' Michael Angarano have bolstered the cast of Cillian Murphy's Oppenheimer.
Written and directed by the masterful Christopher Nolan, this J Robert Oppenheimer (nicknamed 'the father of the atomic bomb') biopic is currently shooting, and features one of the greatest ensembles ever assembled.
Deadline announced the two latest additions, with D'Arcy's role undisclosed for now and Angarano onboard as Manhattan Project physicist Robert Serber.

Now on his sixth Nolan epic, Murphy steps into the role of Oppenheimer himself, while Robert Downey Jr plays the US Atomic Energy Commission's Lewis Strauss, Florence Pugh is psychiatrist Jean Tatlock, Emily Blunt is Katherine Oppenheimer and Matt Damon is Manhattan Project director Leslie Groves Jr.
Benny Safdie (Good Time), Rami Malek (No Time to Die), Josh Hartnett (Penny Dreadful), Dane DeHaan (The Place Beyond the Pines), Jack Quaid (Scream), Matthew Modine (Stranger Things), Alden Ehrenreich (Solo: A Star Wars Story), David Dastmalchian (Dune), Kenneth Branagh (Tenet), Jason Clarke (The Devil All the Time) and Dylan Arnold (You) are all on the bill too.
Last month, the Oppenheimer portrayer reflected on the magnitude of leading a Nolan movie.
"It's the first time he's cast me in a lead, which I'm still a bit in shock about, but I'm thrilled. It's a huge part and a lot of work. But in my estimation, you're working with one of the greatest living directors, so you're in safe hands.

"It does feel immense and it feels terrifying. But if I felt it was easy, I wouldn't be interested. I do get nervous, anxious and insecure, but then you go, 'F**k it. I have been doing it for 25 years and I have done it before. So just keep going,'" added Murphy.
Oppenheimer is slated to reach cinemas on July 21, 2023.
