Tell Me Lies is back with more scheming and shocking twists for its third season - and even the show's own stars were left stunned at one romance they didn't see coming.
As UK fans are lapping up the drama's concoction of toxic relationships, backstabbing friendships and timeline jumps, Tell Me Lies has jumped to number 2 on Disney+ this side of the pond.
Certainly among the most jaw-dropping developments of this third season is an unexpected romantic connection between two characters that surprised Tell Me Lies stars Grace Van Patten and Jackson White. Spoilers for season 3 of Tell Me Lies ahead.
Episode 4 of season 3, titled 'Fix Me Up, Girl', revealed a spark between Bree (Catherine Missal) and Wrigley (Spencer House) in the 2015 timeline, aka the timeline of Bree's wedding to Evan (Branden Cook).
The show is yet to reveal a potential, secret relationship between these two back in college, but an affair seems a likely option as Wrigley is dating Pippa (Sonia Mena) in the spring semester timeline.

Flashing forward to 2015, conniving Stephen (White) clocked a longing stare between bride Bree and Wrigley as the newlyweds take to the dance floor.
Much like Stephen, actor White said he was taken aback by the couple. "No! I love it," he told RadioTimes.com.
Despite being equally shocked, Van Patten said the pair "makes sense" together.
"It makes sense to me and it's also, watching the first two seasons, I love them as characters so much and I think fans really love them," she said.
"I think it's going to be a very complicated thing to watch them fall in love because they both are ultimately doing something wrong. But you also know in your heart that maybe they should be together. So, it's just very conflicting," she added.
White chimed in, reiterating his support for Bree and Wrigley: "They're cute."
Fans should expect to find out more about these two before the show inevitably ends on another cliffhanger when the season finale airs on 17 February.
For now, the romantic bond with Wrigley may just explain why Bree wasn't that upset over the reveal that her bestie Lucy (Van Patten) had slept with Evan back in college.
