Fans of the comics will know Hogarth as a male character with ties to Luke Cage and Danny Rand (also known as Iron Fist) as he becomes the attorney and manager for their business Heroes for Hire.
The casting of Moss in this role hints at Netflix's plans to connect Jessica Jones to their larger planned Marvel Universe, as Luke Cage and Iron Fist will also get their own series.
Luke Cage is expected to premiere on Netflix next year, after the character is introduced in Marvel's Jessica Jones, with Iron Fist to follow.
