The Royals will be down one cast member when it returns, Digital Spy can reveal.
Ukweli Roach, who played royal bodyguard Marcus on the E! series, will not be back for the second season.
William Moseley - who stars as Prince Liam - confirmed to DS that Roach would not reprise his role after landing a new job on NBC's upcoming thriller Blindspot.
"He wasn't on contract and he's booked this amazing TV show in America, so sadly I don't think he'll be coming back," Moseley explained.
"I think it really is the end of the bromance [between Liam and Marcus]. I loved working with Ukweli, he's such a good actor and such a nice guy - so down-to-earth."
Moseley revealed that Liam - who shared a close friendship with Marcus - will have "a couple of new bros" in the show's new season.
