The ringmasters for tomorrow night's (May 21) Red Nose Day USA fundraiser will be David Duchovny, Seth Meyers and Jane Krakowski.
The trio will be on hand at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom for three hours of comedy and music produced by Funny or Die.
The biennial Red Nose Day telethon is being brought from the UK to the US for the first time by Sir Richard Curtis to raise money for 12 charities working with children and young adults in the US and Africa.
Meyers, Duchovny and Krakowski are each hosting an hour of the telethon with help from guests Ed Sheeran, Kellan Lutz, Christian Slater, Josh Groban, Andy Cohen and Kermit the Frog.
Previously-announced guests for the three-hour telethon include Matt LeBlanc, Robert Pattinson, Simon Cowell, Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Pine, Julianne Moore, Sam Smith, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston and Benedict Cumberbatch.
There will also be pop culture parodies of Orange Is the New Black, Game of Thrones and Indiana Jones.
