Orphan Black will be back for a fourth season.

The Canadian series, starring Tatiana Maslany as several clones, is returning for a ten-episode run in 2016.

"Orphan Black is an entirely fresh and original show that stands out even in today's crowded landscape," said BBC America president and general manager Sarah Barnett.

"Tatiana Maslany's buzzy, virtuoso performance headlines a brilliant cast, and we are delighted to let our vocal and passionate fanbase know that this wildly entertaining ride will continue next year."

Co-creators John Fawcett and Graeme Mansion added: "We're thrilled to be moving forward with season four of the Orphan Black saga.

Orphan Black also features Dylan Bruce, Jordan Gavaris, Kevin Hanchard, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Évelyne Brochu, Ari Millen and Kristian Bruun.

The third season is currently showing on BBC America in the US. It airs on BBC Three in the UK.
