The C Word: BBC One, 8.30pm
Starring Sheridan Smith, this drama is based on the extraordinary true story of the late Lisa Lynch, whose life is changed when she is diagnosed with breast cancer.
Lisa is adamant in not letting her cancer define her and takes to a blog to share her honest experience of dealing with the trials and tribulations of the illness, and is completely unaware of the profound effects that her personal account will have on readers.
The Enfield Haunting: Sky Living, 9pm
After weeks of ominous hype, the enigmatic Enfield Haunting is finally haunting our TV screens. It's based on the most documented account of poltergeist activity in British history in 1977, where a north London house has apparently been hit by a series of inexplicable incidents, from incessant knocking to furniture with a life of its own.
A show so terrifying that star Timothy Spall initially turned the role down, this is one haunting you can't afford to miss.
