Tatiana Maslany goes to war in a new trailer for Orphan Black.

The BBC America series returns in April with Sarah Manning (Maslany) resorting to a temporary alliance with the manipulative Dyad cloning institute to face a common threat.

A group of male clones from Project Castor begin hunting Sarah and her sisters, causing a threat to the very existence of Dyad's cloning project.

Earlier this week, a teaser hinted at a showdown between Sarah Manning and a new male clone (Ari Millen) in a Dyad prison.

Orphan Black will be bolstered this season by several new cast members, including True Blood's James Frain, Lost Girl actress Ksenia Solo and Shameless star Justin Chatwin.

Orphan Black returns on April 18 for 10 new episodes on BBC America in the US. BBC Three will be airing the science fiction programme in the UK.
