It stars Shadow and Bone actor Patrick Gibson as a young Dexter, as well as Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey, Mr Robot's Christian Slater, singer Christina Milian and Buffy the Vampire Slayer's Sarah Michelle Gellar.
