Bad Judge showrunner Liz Brixius has departed from the series.
The Nurse Jackie co-creator took over the NBC sitcom back in May but has now exited due to creative differences, reports Deadline.
Brixius also previously worked on the pilot for Miranda Cosgrove sitcom Girlfriend in a Coma.
Developed by Adam McKay, Chad Kultgen and Chris Henchy, Bad Judge stars Kate Walsh as an LA judge with a wild side.
Ryan Hansen, John Ducey, Tone Bell and Miguel Sandoval feature in the cast alongside Walsh.
Betsy Thomas, who ran the short-lived Whitney, is rumoured to have been approached as Brixius's replacement.
Bad Judge is still expected to premiere on October 2 on NBC in the US. Watch a trailer below:
