Daryl Hannah is among the first actors announced to star in the Wachowskis' upcoming Sense8.
It was reported earlier this year that the Matrix filmmakers were teaming up with Netflix for an exclusive original show.
According to Variety, 14 actors have been confirmed for the upcoming sci-fi drama which will be written, directed, and executive produced by Andy and Lana Wachowski.
Lost star Naveen Andrews has also signed on, as well as Stargate Universe actor Brian J. Smith.
Freema Agyeman, Doona Bae, Max Riemelt, Tena Desae, and Tuppence Middleton are also among the multi-national cast.
Sense8 will run for ten episodes, focusing on eight people around the globe who become telepathically linked in the wake of a tragedy.

The show will film in several locations, including Chicago, San Francisco, Mumbai, Berlin, Iceland, Mexico City, Seoul, and Nairobi.
Sense8 premieres in its entirety on Netflix in 2015.
Also premiering in 2015 is the Wachowskis' latest feature film, Jupiter Ascending.
