Love Island viewers were left stunned after new bombshell Chidi opened up about his dating history while trying to connect with potential love interest Mica. Another shake-up tore through the villa tonight as four Islanders were whisked away for a surprise sleepover with a brand new batch of bombshells.
In scenes aired on ITV2, Kavan, Simba, Mica and Yasmin were surprised when a text message revealed they had been specially selected to leave the main Villa and spend the night getting to know four new arrivals.
While the rest of the Islanders were left wondering what might happen, the chosen four headed off to a second Villa where temptation was waiting. The newcomers wasted no time making an impression.

Halle described herself as a flirt whose confidence often landed her in trouble, while Finley backed himself as the owner of the "Welsh charm". Tina promised plenty of playful energy and Chidi boldly declared himself the "ultimate bombshell".
While getting to know Mica, the conversation soon turned to past relationships and dating experiences. However, it was one particular revelation that caught viewers' attention as Chidi revealed that his longest relationship was actually a two-year 'situationship' rather than an official and exclusive romance.

Over on X, viewers were quick to share their opinions with one predicting bad news for Chidi. They wrote: "Chidi just lost Mica with that confession. 2 years situationship is a crime. Gtfo my villa."
Another branded the confession a "red flag", penning: "What’s with all these red flag guys, situationship for two years, what were u two doing." A third echoed: "A situationship for a whole 2 years … yikes good luck to these girls xx"
Back in the main Villa, however, attention turned to an unlikely pairing. With Kavan and Yasmin absent, former flames Jasmine and Lorenzo - who viewers believe could reunite - found themselves spending more time together. The pair bonded over missing their current partners, but it didn't take long for the conversation to turn playful.
Jasmine insisted she missed Kavan but maintained that she wouldn't stand in the way if he found a better connection. Lorenzo, on the other hand, joked that all the effort he'd put into pursuing Yasmin may have been wasted after only a day together.
But things took another turn when Lorenzo suggested the pair couple up again should their current partners return with someone new on their mind. Jasmine was amused by the idea, while Lorenzo took things further by teasing another kiss could be on the cards following their steamy moment in the recent kissing challenge.
Elsewhere, Simba continued to debate whether he should explore his ongoing attraction to Mica - despite his growing bond with Angelista. During Tuesday's episode (16 June), the hunk took Mica to the terrace, which notably triggered tensions within his relationship with Angelista.

Though they agreed to move on, Simba's trip to the Sleepover Villa brought him back into Mica's orbit, hinting at the potential of more drama between him and Angelista. After a chat with Halle, who'd been keen to get to know him, Simba decided it was finally time to put his own feelings first.
While Angelista was ready to trust in the strength of her connection with him back in the main villa, Simba used the sleepover to pursue his growing connection with Mica. During another private chat, he admitted he was no longer willing to prioritise anyone else's feelings over his own and wanted to properly explore what could happen between them.
The pair shared several kisses on their first evening with the bombshells. And an upcoming teaser for Thursday's episode has hinted they'll be exploring their connection even further before returning to the Villa, where Angelista will likely be waiting for an explanation.
Love Island continues this Thursday (18 June) from 9pm on ITV2.
