Channel 4's hit reality show Virgin Island is getting a big schedule shake-up for its finale tonight. The intimate experiment follows 12 participants as they attempt to overcome their intimacy anxiety.

The social experiment follows the adult virgins as they embark on a three-week retreat to help them tackle personal issues surrounding sex.

Workshops, one-to-one sessions and exercises to help them along the way, led by sex and relationship coaches Dr Danielle Harel and Celeste Hirschman, supported by a team of specialist therapists.

Fans of the show usually expect it to air in its usual slot at 9pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. This week, however, the show has undergone a schedule shake-up ahead of its finale.

Instead of being split over two days, the penultimate episode and the finale will air back-to-back on Channel 4 tonight at 9pm and 10pm.
