Strictly Come Dancing star La Voix has detailed what viewers were "meant to see" during her opening routine, with the performer pointing out the technical mishap that occurred during week one.
The BBC series had its first live show of the 23rd season on Saturday (27 September), with 15 celebrities taking to the dancefloor alongside their professional partner for their first individual routine.
La Voix, who is partnered with Aljaž Škorjanec, performed the American Smooth to Chappell Roan's 'Pink Pony Club', with the routine beginning with the RuPaul's Drag Race UK star sat on a carousel horse.
After the dance was completed, co-host Tess Daly explained that the horse was designed to be higher up the pole before descending to the stage, and now La Voix has shared footage of how the move was intended to play out.
Posting on Instagram, La Voix shared a clip from the dress rehearsal in which the horse came down from a considerable height, with the Britain's Got Talent star writing: "What you were meant to see! Damn pony fail! #dressrun ❤️@bbcstrictly."
