“As you all know, health and fitness has been a big part of my life,” he wrote. “I have spent the last 12 years training seriously and I want [to] now share all my knowledge and experience to now assist anyone who wants to start their own fitness journey.
“I decided to have a separate page. I understand that posting too much fitness content can be overfacing, as there is more to life than the gym, but I understand also that many of you appreciate and want to learn how to get the results you want.”
