The clock is ticking on crime drama Loch Ness, which will leave Netflix on 25 July. The series, which originally aired on ITV in 2017 under the name The Loch, stars Siobhan Finneran (Happy Valley) and Laura Fraser (The Missing).
Set in the Scottish village of Lochnafoy, Loch Ness follows DS Annie Redford (Fraser), a small town police officer investigating a brutal murder.
When an even grimmer discovery is made, along with a second victim, DCI Lauren Quigley (Finneran), a major investigation detective from Glasgow, is brought in to lead the case.

The six-part series was created by Stephen Brady and also stars EastEnders' Don Gilet, the late John Sessions, Gray O'Brien, and Emmerdale's William Ash.
Upon its release, Loch Ness drew comparisons to Broadchurch, thanks to its scenic shots providing a beautiful backdrop to the dark story.
At the time of its release, Loch Ness received a mixed reception from critics and currently holds a 64% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Reviewing the series, The New York Times wrote: "The peel-the-onion format here is familiar by now, but Stephen Brady's script and a group of fine performances keep it intriguing, nonetheless. A fine diversion for summer evenings."

The Daily Telegraph said: "Top of the Loch it is not. But hey, no one believes in the Loch Ness Monster yet still they turn up, and there's nothing to stop anyone enjoying The Loch either, a jaunty entertainment about serial killing."
While The Times was less impressed, writing: "Director Brian Kelly has puzzlingly decided to film the Highlands so as to make it look as romantic as Milton Keynes."
Meanwhile, fans of Siobhan Finneran can also watch her in crime drama Protection, which is currently streaming now on ITVX.
