Time is running out to binge-watch crime drama Sneaky Pete on Netflix. All three seasons of the series, which stars Saving Private Ryan's Giovanni Ribisi, are available to watch on the streamer now before they depart on 9 July.

Sneaky Pete comes from Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston, who co-created the series alongside The Good Doctor writer David Shore. Cranston also appears in season one as Vince Lonigan.

It follows Marius Josipović (Ribisi), a con man who, upon his release from prison, assumes his former cellmate Pete Murphy's identity in order to escape his past.

The series also stars Homeland's Marin Ireland, Shane McRae, Peter Gerety, Margo Martindale, and Libe Barer.

On Rotten Tomatoes the series has a near-perfect 96% Fresh rating overall, with season three boasting a 100% rating.

Writing after the series' debut in 2015, Uproxx said: "Sneaky Pete works because virtually every actor involved is two or three degrees better than required, and every character is written with greater detail and intelligence than the story needs to keep moving forward."

Detroit News wrote: "Sneaky Pete is indeed pretty sneaky. At first you're rolling your eyes at what seems an absurd stretch of a premise, but soon enough you're buying its always-on-edge predicaments and after a few episodes you're hooked into its story-upon-story acrobatics."

While Los Angeles Times called it a "smart, riveting and often tense ride through a complicated web of family, crime and everything that should (but doesn't) separate the two".

Reviewing the show's third season, TV Fanatic wrote: "On a show about cons, lies, and deception, making the truth the underlying vulnerability of its characters is a feat, and one Sneaky Pete pulls off with great enthusiasm."

Despite the positive reviews and high streaming numbers, Sneaky Pete was cancelled by Amazon after its third season in 2019.

Sneaky Pete is streaming on Netflix.
