If you're looking for another hot romance after Heated Rivalry and Off Campus, we've got another series to add to your list as an upcoming Irish drama based on a best-selling book "phenomenon" has confirmed its cast.
Branded a "sweeping" romantic drama based on the BookTok sensation and New York Times bestselling series by Chloe Walsh, Boys of Tommen is headed to our screens with Prime Video announcing the stars that will bring the characters to life.
The series focuses on the forbidden love story between star rugby player Johnny Kavanagh and shy student Shannon Lynch, both attending the prestigious private school of Tommen College in Ballylaggin, Ireland. As both students have their own secrets, with Johnny hiding a career-threatening injury and Shannon dealing with a violent situation at home, they become each other's lifeline.

Announced today are Wild Cherry star Amelia May as Claire Biggs, King & Conqueror star Indy Lewis as Lizzie Young and The Essex Serpent's Dixie Egerickx as Katie Wilmot as well as John Hewson as Gerard Gibson, Alex Dunne as Hugh Biggs, Daisy Jacob as Bella Wilkinson, Jonathan Heed as Cormac Ryan and Cathal Ó Síocháin as Ronan McGarry. The search for an actor to play Patrick Feely is still underway.
The brand-new actors join the previously announced Nancy Surridge as Shannon and Conor Sánchez as Johnny, with James O'Donoghue and Sophie McGibbon playing Joey Lynch and Aoife Molly, respectively.

Christy director Brendan Canty is behind the camera for Boys of Tommen, written by Poppy Cogan, co-creator of A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, with Cogan and Walsh among the executive producers.
The first series, which is yet to confirm a release window, will be based on the first two books in Walsh's series, Binding 13 and Keeping 13. The series is comprised of six novels, with the latest book, Releasing 10, being published in May last year.
