Steal, the eagerly-awaited series starring Sophie Turner and Archie Madekwe, has confirmed its release date along with a first-look. Billed as a "high-octane thriller" with a "gripping and addictive" plot, this is one you won't want to miss.
The series, which is being made for Prime Video, sees Game of Thrones and X-Men star Turner portray Zara, an "ordinary" office worker who finds herself at the "heart" of the "heist of the century".
Alongside her best friend Luke (Madekwe), Zara is blindsided by a gang of violent thieves and forced to follow their demands. With billions of pounds gone and a DCI (Jacob Fortune-Lloyd) on the case, this is no small-scale robbery.
Directed by Sam Miller and Hettie Macdonald from teleplays by SA Nikias, it has been confirmed that all instalments of Steal will stream on Prime Video from 21 January, meaning fans really don't have long to wait.
We also have a bunch of images, showcasing the central trio in their roles. Also pictured is the fateful moment that sets the story in motion, with Turner and Madekwe's characters being escorted as the robbery takes place.
