Miss Scarlet season five has finally confirmed a UK release date.
The beloved period crime drama, formerly titled Miss Scarlet and the Duke, debuted its fifth season in the US on PBS Masterpiece last month.
It's now been confirmed that the series will arrive in the UK on March 5, airing on U&Alibi at 9pm (via Radio Times).
Miss Scarlet stars Peaky Blinders actor Kate Phillips as detective Eliza Scarlet, with the first four seasons of the show seeing her team up with Army of Thieves' Stuart Martin, who played Miss Scarlet's childhood friend Inspector William 'The Duke' Wellington.

However, season five is the first season without Martin's Duke after the actor announced his departure last year, which is the reason behind the title change.

To replace the character, Tom Durant Pritchard joined the cast as Scotland Yard detective Alexander Blake.
The official synopsis for season five reads: "Eliza’s agency is thriving, and her professional life is on a successful path – on the personal side however, Duke has now been away in New York for several months and Eliza is forced to make a difficult decision.
"Meanwhile, a new Detective Inspector comes to Scotland Yard and Eliza must navigate building a relationship with him if she’s going to continue having access to police resources. All these changes and decisions beg the question – can Eliza Scarlet have it all?"

Miss Scarlett has also been renewed for a sixth season, with filming set to kick off this month in Belgrade, Serbia.
Phillips will reprise her role as Miss Scarlett alongside Tom Durant Pritchard as Alexander Blake, Cathy Belton as Ivy Woods, Simon Ludders as Mr Potts, Evan McCabe as Oliver Fitzroy, Felix Scott as Patrick Nash and Paul Bazely as Clarence.
Season six will also introduce some new cast members, including Back to Black's Sam Buchanan as Detective George Willows and Flatmates actor Grace Hogg-Robinson as Isabel Summers, described as "an ambitious young woman who joins the Clerical Office alongside Ivy".
Miss Scarlet will return to U&Alibi at 9pm on March 5.
