The Golden Globe-winning Showtime drama starring Dominic West and Ruth Wilson will premiere in May.
Sky has also picked up the rights for its upcoming second season.
The Affair explores the emotional and psychological effects of an extramarital affair between Noah Solloway (West) and Alison Bailey (Wilson).
The story is told separately from both Noah and Alison's perspectives, using their distinct memory biases to both misdirect and intrigue.
