Neighbours spoilers follow for UK-pace episodes on Channel 5.
Neighbours schemer Claudia Watkins finally faces the music next week – with even her lawyer Samantha Fitzgerald turning against her.
Claudia (Kate Raison) has been plotting against Elly Conway and the Kennedys for several weeks and recently secured custody of her granddaughter Aster. However, the shock return of her son Shaun (Brad Moller) will spark her downfall.
As we've already revealed, Claudia plans to flee the country with Aster when some of her crimes are exposed, but she's stopped in her tracks when Shaun returns from the dead.
This means that the police finally catch up with Claudia, armed with evidence that she started the fire which destroyed evidence against her son Finn Kelly last year.

Claudia is also in big trouble for her attempts to flee with Aster, which go against the custody arrangement agreed by the court.
The villain calls Sam (Simone Buchanan) for help, confident that her trusty lawyer will be able to get her out of trouble. However, much to her surprise, Sam refuses to be involved from this point forward, not wanting to be dragged down with Claudia.

Meanwhile, Toadie Rebecchi finally comes through for Elly and secures her emergency bail after uncovering evidence that her harsh sentence was dodgy.
Elly receives the news just as she's in a dangerous situation at the jail, with Andrea Somers forcing her to fight with a dangerous inmate.
Once safely away from Andrea and her games, Elly is informed of the shocking revelations over Claudia's duplicity and Shaun's miraculous return.

Elly heads to the police station to confront Claudia in person, with back-up from Susan and Bea.
Elly gives Claudia some harsh home truths over her behaviour, warning that she'll never see Aster again. It looks like Claudia is finally getting what she deserves, but what's next for Elly now that she's back on Ramsay Street?
