Neighbours kicked off a brand new Dee Bliss mystery today (March 1) as Sonya Rebecchi finally revealed what Andrea told her last month.
The show is revisiting the possibility that the real Dee could still be alive, setting the stage for a brand new chapter of the story later this year.
Today's episode saw Sonya confide in Toadie's brother Shane about what really happened when she met with Andrea Somers at the psychiatric facility recently.
Sonya explained that Andrea told her about a strange encounter she once had with a man at the Salamanca Markets, who was convinced that she was a woman called Karen.
Fans will remember that Andrea's mum Alice mentioned that they had a trump card last year, in the form of an incident at the Salamanca Markets in Tasmania.
Not only does that clear up that mystery from months ago, but it's now obvious that Andrea believes that the real Dee is actually out there after all.

Andrea went on to tell Sonya that she had never stepped foot in Tasmania before – meaning she couldn't have been the woman that the man was talking about. So, if Andrea is telling the truth, could this mean Dee is alive after all?
That one remains to be seen, but when Sonya suddenly passes away next week, the big question is what Shane is going to do with the secret next. Will he tell a grief-stricken Toadie what Andrea said?
