Love is in the air over in Erinsborough, as eligible bachelor Tim Robards has officially joined the Neighbours cast full-time!
The soap announced on Twitter that Tim, who starred in the first Aussie season of The Bachelor, would be returning to Ramsay Street as Pierce Greyson.
"There's going to be a familiar face in Erinsborough and we might just be falling in love," it revealed. Well, what better way to celebrate Valentine's Day?
Speaking about his permanent gig as Neighbours' answer to Christian Grey, Tim said he was "so excited" to join the cast.
"It means I didn't totally crash and burn my first major acting role," he said (via the Australian Daily Telegraph).
Remembering his initial scenes on the soap, the reality star-turned-actor added: "When I first started on set [it was] like the first few seconds of jumping out of a plane.

Tim's most recent scenes as Pierce aired last November, where he was seen leaving Erinsborough after having his heart broken by Chloe Brennan. Will Pierce's love life live happily ever after, or will the investor continue to be unlucky in love?
Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5 (UK) and 6.30pm on 10 Peach (Australia).
