It’s hardly plain sailing for Cash and Eden on Home and Away, with the couple at odds over their future.
After recently hooking up at seemingly every opportunity, the pair seem to want different things from their relationship, leading to tension.
In episodes that air next week, Cash asks Eden if she has feelings for him, but the latter is reticent to reveal her emotions.
It matters little, however, as Remi has already told Cash about Eden’s feelings, leaving her furious at the breach of trust.

As she storms off to blow off some steam, she navigates the path by the lighthouse, but sprains her ankle as she slips.
Unable to walk, she begrudgingly accepts the help of Cash, who takes her to the hospital. At the same time, she becomes acutely aware she is falling for him.
Once there, she becomes flustered with the constant attention from Cash and Remi, begging the hospital staff to allow her to stay overnight in a bid to shield herself from the pair.
The former offers to stay behind, but Eden is adamant in her desire to be left alone, unable to face her problems and the man she loves.

She then confides in Remi, revealing that she knows her feelings aren’t reciprocated but that she’d rather live in “blissful delusion”. He warns against this, saying it will only lead to heartbreak.
She eventually declares her love for Cash, but he lets her down gently, saying they should stop seeing each other before Eden’s pain increases.
With this revelation, is their relationship over for good, or is there still hope for Eden?
