Congratulations are in order to former Home and Away and Neighbours star Christie Hayes who's announced her engagement to partner Justin Coombes-Pearce.
The couple have been together since last year, and they also work together at New South Wales' local radio station i98FM.
Christie has revealed that Justin popped the question when the two were out on a romantic picnic near their home in Australia.

"It was simple in its execution," Christie told Australian magazine New Idea. "It was a beautiful spot, there was champagne, cheese and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was the most thoughtful and beautiful surprise."
In the same interview, Justin has explained that he made sure to not give away any proposal clues, but admitted that it's been a "challenge" as he and Christie work together.

"Christie, to put it bluntly, is a snoop and would literally go looking for clues and grill me for information," he joked.
Christie shared the engagement news on her Instagram earlier this month, writing: "Happily engaged to the man I was always meant to be with and eternally love.
"We both wish we had met 20 years ago (which may have been weird since I would only have been 13, haha) but he is the love of my life..my true soulmate, and he certainly knows how to RING in the NY!
"@justincoombespearce Yes yes yes a million times over xxxxx (and sorry I took ages to say yes due to the whole being speechless thing)."
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK). The show returns to Channel 7 in Australia on Monday, January 27.
