Hollyoaks newcomer Jenson Cole gets caught out next week, as his hiding place is finally discovered. But as he opens up to another village resident about his past and his recent struggles, can he make amends with his estranged brother Warren Fox?

Things have fallen apart for Jenson over the last couple of weeks, after he rashly proposed to Mercedes after only a few weeks of dating, and she unsurprisingly turned him down. Mercedes has since got back together with her ex Warren, and Jenson has been left with nowhere to live and no allies in the village.

Having run out of options, Jenson spotted an opportunity and secretly moved into the Blakes’ flat, which has been empty since Liberty moved to New Zealand and Dodger moved in with the McQueens.

Jenson is still hiding in the empty flat in next week’s scenes but panic suddenly sets in when he leaves food on the stove for too long and the incident sets the fire alarm off.

What to Read Next

As Jenson’s secret remains under wraps, he may have a new love interest on the horizon, as he is the focus of Gemma’s attention following some advice from Cleo, and the pair grow closer at Leah and Imran’s welcome home party.

Later in the week, Warren has his hands full when he is responsible for looking after the Marias and the twins, with Mercedes away from the village getting her stoma removed.

A crisis emerges when Sebastian is off school ill, so Myra saves the day and steps in to help. She takes Sebastian to collect his games console from the Blakes’ flat, although Warren doesn’t approve of this idea.

Jenson is shellshocked when she hears someone arriving in the flat and he quickly manages to hide behind the door. However his secret is soon exposed, as when Myra turns to leave, she suddenly discovers his hiding place.

Myra is startled but, realising that Jenson is in a crisis, suggests that he comes back to the McQueens’ house with her. It is then that Jenson opens up and admits that he has really struggled since his mum passed away.

He candidly explains that finding Warren has provided some light in the darkness, and that without him he has nothing. Will Myra help Jenson to make a fresh start and atone for his mistakes?
