Hollyoaks spoilers follow for the latest episode to air on E4 and Channel 4 streaming.
Hollyoaks' recently returned villain Clare Devine-Banks has revealed a shock diagnosis in the latest instalment, but is she telling the truth?
The episode began with Clare walking in to the hospital to visit sister Grace Black (who she had tried to kill off the day before) while wearing full funeral attire, as it was the funeral of her husband, which she wasn't allowed to attend.
As she walked down the corridors, she saw various patients in their rooms hooked up to machines, with an uncomfortable look on her face.
Later on, in the village, she accidentally (on purpose) bumped into Dodger Savage and told him that adopted daughter Tori should have been allowed to go the funeral. She then made a vague comment about her "health problems".

When Dodger asked, she said: "This morning, before the funeral, I had a follow-up appointment with my oncologist. The latest round of chemotherapy hasn't worked. My cancer's come back. I've only got a few months left to live."
Dodger bought her a drink at Casa McQueen and asked her about the type of cancer and how much chemo she'd had, but Clare avoided giving specific answers by saying it was "private".
Sienna Blake brought Tori to Casa and tried to warn Clare again to stay away, and Clare responded by asking if she'd really threaten a "dying woman", something DI Donny Clark overheard as he walked in.
Sienna laughed and said she wasn't convinced by Clare's story in the slightest, saying: "That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, and I would know."
Donny also seemed unsure, but Dodger seemed taken in, saying it would be "a pretty horrific lie". Sienna pointed out that "she's a pretty horrific person".

Having complained about hair loss earlier in the episode, Clare later went out into the village wearing a headscarf to go shopping. Dodger saw her, and helped her carry her bags.
However, it turned out that Dodger was only pretending to believe her, as he took the chance to rummage inside Clare's flat for information on the missing Dennis.
He then shaved Clare's head for her, as she started to get teary-eyed. He said he would like to arrange visits for Tori, but this seemed to be a ruse as he texted a police contact on his way out.
As the episode ended, Clare looked in the mirror and smiled. It looks like the two are playing each other, but how will this end?
