Leela tells Joel that she wants them to confront Tommy and force him to back off once and for all. She suggests threatening to expose Tommy's illegal activities in the hope that he'll listen and finally leave them alone.
The plan seems to work when Tommy agrees to leave the couple alone if they stay out of his way. Joel breathes a sigh of relief, hoping that their nightmare is finally over – but is it too good to be true?
Meanwhile, Sienna gets distracted on the day of John Paul and Jez's engagement party, still wondering who drugged her. Dodger is alarmed to hear the news and confronts Grace, believing that she must be responsible for targeting Sienna.
Jez confides in Martha about how worried he is over Sienna's search for answers. Martha decides to protect the family by falsely setting up Cleo as the culprit.
Elsewhere, Donny confronts Rex, aware that he sent the anonymous text. Rex tries to warn him about DI Banks' deceit. When Grace spots Rex in cahoots with Donny, she urges him to stay quiet.
