Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks has shed some light on Sienna Blake's mysterious collapse amid fears she might have Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
In tonight's episode, Sienna was working the flower stall but had some issues putting a bouquet together for Marie Fielding and worried her shaky hands could be a sign of MND.
In recent scenes, Sienna suffered a sudden collapse and was diagnosed with temporary paralysis. Fearing she might have MND like her father Patrick, she pushed Cleo McQueen away, putting an end to their budding romance.
In new scenes, Sienna was still waiting for her test results. After the incident with Marie, she shared her concerns with Jez and Martha, but they tried to reassure her.
Later on, Jez opened up with therapist Tommy Odenkirk about Sienna, unaware Tommy isn't a real therapist and is stalking his target, Joel Dexter.

"I suppose the upside of being a sociopath is that I should be able to control my feelings," Jez said. "I certainly have in the past."
The therapy session was cut short by a furious Joel who confronted Tommy for kissing his wife Leela.
Back at home, Jez told his mum he intended to go to the hospital and ask for more tests for Sienna.

Martha stopped him, admitting she had poisoned Sienna, probably an attempt to keep her away from Cleo after Jez killed her ex-partner Abe.
"It might still be in her system," Martha said.
"What might?" Jez replied.
"The symptoms weren't caused by MND," Martha finally said. "I poisoned her."
