Frankie tells Nancy and Darren that she plans to move in with Lucas and Dillon.
Later, Lucas finds a spice vape at the house and is shocked when Dillon and Frankie admit that they both used it. The situation gets worse when Rex arrives, insisting that he needs to store some bags there. Rex insists that it's a fair exchange for the teens living rent free.
Lucas is shocked to finally realise who the mystery owner of the property is. He retaliates by calling the police, letting them know that Rex is storing stolen goods.
Meanwhile, Grace gives Maxine another bag – and this one has a tracker inside. She then tries to steer the conversation to Maxine's love life.
Grace hears some details about Maxine's mystery man, who she has now split from. She suggests that Maxine should meet up with him one last time, just to check that there's nothing left to fight for.
