John Paul McQueen will make a startling discovery about Carter Shepherd in Hollyoaks.
Show bosses confirmed last week the two will be involved in a long-term storyline where Carter will seek to manipulate John Paul and LGBTQ+ teens at Hollyoaks High to undergo 'conversion therapy'.
Carter has started to pursue this agenda at Hollyoaks High under the guise of self-growth workshops where he has hidden his true agenda thus far.
In upcoming scenes, Goldie McQueen remains unconvinced Carter has good intentions for John Paul even after he tells the family how happy he's been after a few group therapy sessions.

From Monday, September 25, Hollyoaks will stream first online via Channel 4 each weekday. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
