Hollyoaks star Harvey Virdi has teased a new upcoming storyline for Misbah's nephew Dillon.
Nathaniel Dass joined the show as the newest member of the Maalik family last year, with Misbah taking Dillon in after he was kicked out of his family home.
Harvey, who plays Misbhah, has now teased what's ahead for the Maaliks during a chat with Digital Spy at an exclusive Inside Soap Awards photoshoot.
"Misbah is going to really be there for Dillon", Harvey explained. "Especially since her own family have started to grow up and move away as young adults.
"Dillon is in the home as a young person who needs help, support and a bit of care. Misbah will be there to do that because that's her forte.

Earlier this year, Hollyoaks executive producer Lucy Allan confirmed that the show would be exploring Lucas Hay's sexuality as part of a big, new romance, with the show's updated opening titles strongly suggesting that this would be with Dillon.

Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4.
