Hollyoaks star Niamh Blackshaw has opened up about Juliet and Peri’s reunion on the soap.
For context, Juliet Nightingale plans to make a grand romantic gesture of love for her ex fianceé Peri Lomax in a bid to win her back.
The pair have been struggling with their feelings for each other for weeks as Juliet also battles with lymphoma. And now, the soap has planned out some Valentine’s Day scenes for the pair.

In an interview with Inside Soap, the actress talked more about what we can expect from Juliet and Peri’s reunion and how she plans to woo her.
“Originally Juliet plans to recite some Shakespeare, because the party is Romeo and Juliet themed. But at the last minute she explains what Peri means to her in her own words. Then awkwardly leaves because she doesn’t think it’s gone well. But Peri runs up to Juliet and gives her a kiss!” she said.

Should they give their love another chance? Niamh thinks Juliet has a lot going on, but never says never.
"Juliet has a lot to think about, so I don’t think jumping into a relationship is wise. But I think it's inevitable that something will happen," she said.
As for what we can expect from Juliet in the future, she said there are some very interesting things planned.
"Obviously Juliet isn’t well and that doesn’t change overnight. But as she goes through that, her relationships with everyone around her will get stronger — and there might be a special trip as well," she added.
Hollyoaks streams first on All 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4.
