Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks' latest episode (November 11) saw Fergus Collins frame Warren Fox for Operation Bluebird and the kidnapping of Maxine Minniver.
Viewers are already aware that the villain has been planting hidden cameras into people's homes thanks to the large number of properties he owns. Through those, he has been spying on women and live-streaming from their bedrooms without their consent.
Tonight, it seemed like Fergus was going to get his comeuppance as Joel Dexter was preparing to hand over to the police some very incriminating evidence against Fergus.

However his dad Warren Fox asked him to wait when he confronted Fergus himself and he found out that the village baddie had kidnapped Maxine Minniver – with whom Warren has had an on-off relationship – and has arranged for her to be sold in a human trafficking deal to Mexico.

Fergus then threatens Warren, saying that if he were to get arrested, Warren would never find out what happened to Maxine.
After Warren calls off his son's plan, Fergus agrees to give Warren the details of Maxine's location. But as he looks for the woman in between shipping containers, he is unaware that Fergus is still scheming.
When Warren finally finds Maxine, she is lying unconscious so he is quite relieved when he hears police and ambulance sirens coming closer.

But when they actually arrive at his location, he is surprised that the police are charging him for human trafficking as well as for the spycam scheme.
As he is put into the police car, he realises Fergus' plan was to frame him all along and he shouts out that he is not the one responsible. But we see that it was Fergus himself that delivered to the police evidence to incriminate Warren, so it might be hard for them to believe him.
Will Fergus get away with this or will Joel decide to deliver his evidence to the police in an effort to free his father?
