Warren Fox has been arrested after learning of Maxine's supposed one-night stand in Hollyoaks.
In Monday's first-look episode, Fergus continued to pile the pressure on Maxine to keep the secret of their 'hook-up' so as not to ruin Trish's happiness. In reality, Fergus had only fooled Max into thinking they'd slept together.
He also managed to keep Warren distracted by offering to make him "the face of the business", provided he leaves things with Maxine.

Warren ran into Maxine in the village, leading to an uncomfortable conversation where Maxine admitted to sleeping with someone else without revealing the name. Warren assumed it had been her boss Sami Maalik.

Warren arrived at the Maaliks' house intent on settling things with Sami, but only Misbah was there. Despite Misbah's pleas, Warren destroyed Imran's prized cameras as a threat.
Fergus and Maxine busted in to try to stop him, just as DS Cohen arrived as well. Fergus didn't hesitate to implicate Warren by saying outright he'd broken into the Maaliks' home.
DS Cohen arrested Warren on suspicion of causing criminal damage. Warren stared down Fergus, realising he'd been set up as he scoffed at the arrest.
"Yeah, yeah. I've heard it all before," he told the copper, with DS Cohen retorting: "Oh, I'm sure you have. You must know it all by heart by now."
"What have you done? You've destroyed everything," the conniving Fergus asked while feigning concern.
The episode left off with a cliffhanger while Warren was led away by DS Cohen.
