Juliet Quinn has once again shown her mean streak in Hollyoaks' New Year special.
Last week's New Year's Eve flashforward episode revealed that Juliet (Niamh Blackshaw) will be a completely different person in one year's time — the teen will be practically unrecognisable as she earnestly declares her love for Peri Lomax (Ruby O'Donnell).
But that's a year away. Present-day Juliet was up to her old schemes in Monday's first-look episode after telling Brooke Hathaway (Talia Grant) that she'd slept with Sid Sumner (Billy Price) at the NYE party.
Yet, Juliet's old resentments resurfaced when she saw the loving way Brooke and her boyfriend Ollie Morgan (Aedan Duckworth) were acting with one another.
Juliet angrily left the Osbornes to demand that Sid get her some drugs, despite being the one who tried to get him off the substances earlier this month.
A nervous Sid arrived with the Ketamine at The Loft along with Juliet, where he was nervous to spot Leela Lomax (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) after promising he'd get clean.

Juliet tried to steal a drink from Mandy Richardson (Sarah Jayne Dunn), who was drowning her sorrows in The Loft after Nancy Hayton (Jessica Fox) confessed she'd slept with Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson).
Mandy caught Juliet in the act of trying to swipe her drink, so she angrily warned her off.
"You're a cheeky little mare. You haven't changed one little bit since you bullied Brooke," Mandy scolded her. "Why she'd want to be your girlfriend is beyond me."
Juliet took Mandy's words too literally, insisting: "She's not my girlfriend. She's just a mate!"
Then teen then reacted vengefully by spiking Mandy's drink with Ketamine behind her back, then watched with disturbing glee while Mandy took a drink.
The episode ended on another ominous note with local drug dealer Liam Donovan (Jude Monk McGowan) observing the teens heading into the toilets with their drugs, so he barged in to warn off Sid while Juliet ingested the Ketamine.
"I'm the only dealer around here. Have you got that?" he insisted.
At the same time, Mandy was now feeling the effects of the drugs as she fell to the ground outside of her front door. Juliet was also severely sick as Sid rushed her into Leela's flat.
It was Peri who stumbled on Sid trying to nurse Juliet back around, putting the pieces together that Sid had once again bought drugs.
This is the beginning of a year-long County Lines drug storyline, which will see various teens in the village recruited into a gang's schemes to sell their drugs. The soap worked with with national charity The Children's Society to develop the plotline.
Hollyoaks airs Mondays through Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look episodes airing on E4 at 7pm.
