Hollyoaks has unveiled the first look at Luke Morgan's unexpected new romance.
Gary Lucy made his long-awaited full-time return to the Channel 4 soap in Thursday's first-look episode just as Mandy (Sarah Jayne Dunn), Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson) and Cindy (Stephanie Waring) were coming to grips with Tony Hutchinson's disappearance.
Luke showed up with a bouquet of flowers, and while fans might have presumed he'd be wooing Mandy again, he'll have another lady on his mind in scenes airing in the week ahead.
Mandy and Darren just think that Luke has crashed on Cindy's couch when they find him sleeping. It's only when they head off to bed that Cindy herself pops up from under the sheets on top of Luke!
"Wow that was close," Cindy admits, with Luke teasing: "Always like living dangerously!"
The two ended up together after Luke failed once again to win over Mandy. When Cindy confided in him that she was missing Holly, the two somehow fumbled into bed.

For those who might doubt the new couple's long-term potential, Gary Lucy recently told Digital Spy that he's feeling plenty of on-screen chemistry for Luke and Cindy.
"I have to say, the chemistry is great with her," he said. "She's absolutely bonkers off set, in a great way! I love that. I think we're going to do some really good work together, so I was really pleased.
"I think Cindy falls for Luke quicker than he falls for her. It's a bit of fun at first – a 'will they, won't they?' dynamic. It takes him a while to realise that there are genuine feelings there."
Hollyoaks airs Mondays through Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look episodes airing on E4 at 7pm.
