Hollyoaks aired Buster Smith's long-awaited trial tonight (January 7), as Ollie Morgan took to the stand to be questioned.
In highly emotional scenes, a tearful Ollie talks about how the abuse started, his father Luke's sexual assault and how he lied about Scott Drinkwell being responsible because he was terrified.
After Ollie's testimony, Darren admits he is worried about Brooke testifying and Ollie agrees that she doesn't have to give evidence, seeing as Brody Hudson (who is showing visible bruising from punching a wall) and Luke (who has been let out of prison to testify) are appearing in court.
Unfortunately for Ollie, an upset Luke ends up getting incredibly angry during his testimony and screams at Buster that he is going to kill him, leading to Luke being thrown out of court when police officers are ordered to remove him.
And while viewers praised Ollie's bravery (and Aedan Duckworth's acting) during the trial scenes, many more were furious that Luke might have ruined things for him:
With Luke having been put in the back of a police car, it looks like it will all be up to a visibly shaken Brody to see that Buster faces justice.
