Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Another Emmerdale star has been tipped for an explosive exit just one year after joining the soap.
After first appearing on the ITV soap last August as John Sugden, Oliver Farnworth's time on Emmerdale has been an eventful one, and the character has been responsible for a number of crimes.
Per a new report, former Coronation Street star Farnworth has now quit the show after arriving in the village a year ago to play the role of the villainous John.
According to The Sun, Farnworth, who has been central to one of the soap's biggest storylines ever, is set to leave the village soon.

While the soap is yet to confirm John's fate, his exit would not be a huge surprise if it turns out to be true, as villains usually get their comeuppance in the end.
Digital Spy reached out to Emmerdale, but the show declined to comment on John's future, so fans will have to stay tuned to see what happens.
John's crimes include the tragic murder of Nate Robinson, and the framing of Owen Michaels, whom he set up for Nate's murder after finding him dead from a drug overdose.
He isn't the only character tipped to exit the soap, with recent reports speculating that the murderer will soon claim another victim, killing beloved character Mackenzie Boyd in an attempt to cover up his crimes.

Speaking recently about John's eventful year, Farnworth opened up about his character's storylines so far while teasing what's to come.
"The Nate situation was revealed to me very early on, it was one of the first things I shot, so I've always understood the direction John's character was going in," he said.
"That said, you're never quite sure whether it's going to be a slow burn, or if it's going to be very intense all at once. I'm in the middle of that now, and it's a rollercoaster!"
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
