Caleb Miligan has manipulated Tracy Metcalfe with a new investment offer in Emmerdale.
The schemer has been intent on keeping his affair with Tracy going, even as she's started to have second thoughts about cheating on partner Nate Robinson.
In Tuesday's (January 9) episode, Caleb insinuated himself in Tracy's business meeting with Gabby Thomas by asking to sit in as a possible investor.

Tracy turned to Moira for advice, with Moira suggesting that she give the investment money back to Caleb and try her best to save her marriage with Nate. Tracy admitted she couldn't bring herself to tell Nate the truth about her affair, but she did ultimately transfer the money back to Caleb as a way to reject his control over her.

Gabby decided to wash her hands of the whole ordeal rather than partner with Caleb, since he'd been the one to mastermind so many lies to take control of Home Farm.
Nate initially suggested to Tracy that she needed Caleb to back her financially, though he attempted to make things right with some supportive words following Gabby's rejection.

"I believe in you… and so does Caleb. He sees something in you and thinks you're amazing," Nate told her.
Nate could sense Tracy's anxiety, so he asked if anything "had happened" with Caleb. Tracy once again stopped short of coming clean by making up an excuse that she was upset Caleb had blown her chances with Gabby.
A tearful Tracy cut off the conversation but was shocked once Caleb revealed he now wanted to double his investment. He promised they'd be "equal partners".
"Come on, it's not every day you get that kind of offer," Caleb teased.
When Tracy revealed she'd already returned his investment money, Caleb made it clear things weren't over between them.
