Emmerdale star Jay Kontzle shares adorable family photos after welcoming third child with wife Mimi

Emmerdale star Jay Kontzle has shared some adorable family photos on social media after he and his wife Mimi welcomed their third child together last month.

Taking to Instagram yesterday (December 20), the Billy Fletcher actor posted a sweet snap featuring himself, Mimi, their six-year-old daughter KaiBo, four-year-old son Zian and newborn Xiao.

Jay captioned the post: "Introducing Xiao Kui Kontzle born 18/11/22. Family complete (I hope!)".

Fans flooded the comment section with their congratulations, including many of Jay's current and former Emmerdale co-stars.

Olivia Bromley (Dawn Taylor) wrote: "Beautiful family," while Sandra Marvin (Jessie Dingle) commented: "Congratulations babes! Such a beautiful family".

Back in July, following the pregnancy announcment, Jay confessed that a third baby was not planned.

"Mimi called me during my lunch break on set and told me," Jay told OK! Magazine. "I was sitting eating lunch in the sun and all of a sudden I went hot and started dripping with sweat. I was a bit shocked!"

He added: "It’s a great thing to be going through again. I think it’s just the fact that we got to an age with our other two where they’re old enough and there’s no nappies and bottles, and we got our sleep back.

"I was settled with our two and I didn’t think we’d be having another one – but Mimi already had it planned. She likes to act like she’s not sly but she is!”
