Emmerdale's Mackenzie Boyd feels harassed by mystery lover

Emmerdale's Mackenzie Boyd is in hot water after cheating on Charity – but that one-night stand looks like it could be about to blow up in his face.

Sadly, Mackenzie and Charity recently went through the loss of their baby, after learning Charity had suffered an etopic pregnancy.

After this happened, Charity and Mackenzie found themselves struggling to communicate with each other, and he found himself seeking comfort in the arms of another, mysterious, woman.

Hoping that he would never hear from his lover again, Mackenzie soon learns that this is far from the case, and his attempts to get her to stop contacting him don't work.

To make things even more complicated, Charity then chooses to speak openly and honestly with Mack, telling him the effect losing their baby had on her – and hinting that she may be up for trying to have a child together again in the future.

This has led to Mackenzie feeling even more guilty about what happened, and he makes the decision to tell her the truth.

However, that doesn't go to plan either when Charity leads him upstairs to the bedroom, and he instead opts to not rock the boat and risk losing her.

To help placate his guilt – and to give them the break that they are in need of – Mackenzie books a trip to Ibiza for the couple, and Charity is thrilled about the idea of a holiday.

And skipping the country may be the best thing that Mackenzie can do as he soon receives yet another call from his mysterious admirer, and he makes it clear that he doesn't want her to contact him again.

It appears that whoever this person is, they're not keen on the idea of giving up on Mackenzie. But who is his mystery lover, how far will they go, and does Mack have any chance of being forgiven by Charity if she finds out what he did?
