Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Al Chapman has been part of a dangerous game in Emmerdale by playing around behind Kerry's back – but she comes very close to rumbling his deception next week.
After returning from a trip away, Al is keen to see Chas, not Kerry, and she's just as excited to spend more time with him.
While the pair plan how to spend some time together, Kerry throws a spanner in the works by making it clear that she wants to have some alone time with Al.
But Kerry's not the one on Al's mind and he comes up with an excuse to get out of it, and instead continues making plans with Chas – even as a watchful Paddy keeps an eye on them.

Al's plans, however, are overheard by Chloe, who goes and tells Kerry where he'll be.
That then leads to a misunderstanding where Kerry ends up thinking he's going to be at the hotel as a surprise for her.
With that in mind, Kerry gets herself ready and makes her way to the hotel.
While waiting in the hotel lobby, she's sure that Al will arrive and surprise her at any moment – but he's otherwise occupied in a room with Chas.

When they have finished their time together and go to leave, Al is horrified to clock Kelly in the lobby and quickly ushers Chas out of sight.
But he's not out of the woods yet as an impatient Kerry checks what room Al is in at the front desk – only to find out that nobody by that name is booked in.
Concerned that something is amiss, a still dressed-up Kerry heads back to the village to find Al and to have it out with him.
Will Al be able to come up with a good excuse to throw Kerry off of the scent – or is she about to learn what he's been doing behind her back?
