Emmerdale star Zoe Henry has revealed that filming scenes with her real-life husband Jeff Hordley, who plays Cain Dingle in the soap, can sometimes be quite "horrendous".
Despite being married for over 15 years, the real-life couple rarely share major plots together – but there was one "hilarious" yet "horrendous" moment that Zoe will never forget.
Looking back at her Emmerdale career, Zoe – who plays Rhona Goskirk – told Inside Soap that she still cringes when she thinks about Rhona once fancying the Dales' resident bad boy Cain.

"I thought it was hilarious when we found out that Cain is actually Rhona's secret crush!" she admitted, before recalling one scene in particular where Rhona "tried it on with Cain" after one too many drinks.
"There was another scene after Pierce had gone [the first time], where Rhona got a bit drunk and tried it on with Cain in the Woolpack," Zoe explained. "That was horrendous to film, as I was so nervous about having to work with Jeff!"

While Zoe might worry about her on-screen relationship with Jeff, the couple are (literally) living the good life beyond Emmerdale.
Opening up about his experience in lockdown amid the coronavirus outbreak, Jeff recently called the allotment he and Zoe share "the one normality" in his life.
"You know the allotment's a really great thing, it's the one normality that Zoe and I have, because our existence on the allotment is the same as it is, lockdown or no lockdown," he said.
"But to have your hands in the earth and growing things, it's such a positive thing, it's such a great thing for mental health and stuff like that."
Emmerdale currently airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7pm on ITV.
