Emmerdale star Zoe Henry has revealed she's not keen on sharing scenes with real-life husband Jeff Hordley (Cain Dingle) on the long-running ITV soap.
The actor – who plays veterinary surgeon Rhona Goskirk on the show – explained that the couple would prefer not to mix business and pleasure, in order to maintain their senses of self on set.
"I think we probably both prefer not to work together! Of course we enjoy each other's company, yet I think we quite enjoy each other's independence at work," she admitted to Inside Soap recently.

"I don't know how well Rhona and Cain [Dingle] would get on, either – although I can see why it's a source of amusement for people if we're in the same scenes!"
Elsewhere in the interview, Henry opened up about working more closely with Natalie J Robb, who plays Cain's estranged wife Moira, due to a recent storyline that's seen their characters go into business with one another at Butlers Farm.

"Nat and I actually worked together a lot on the show back in the day, as Moira and Rhona were mates then, so it's been lovely to revisit their friendship," she said.
"I think they could make a real go of it and be very successful.
"They are strong women, have a good work ethic and are not work-shy, so I think they could be an excellent team. I'd also like to see Rhona stay away from men for a bit!"
Emmerdale currently airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7pm on ITV.
