Emmerdale star Bradley Johnson has hinted that viewers will see a darker side to newcomer Vinny.
Vinny has been something of a mystery in his two stints on the show this year, acting as a right-hand-man for his scheming 'mother' Mandy Dingle.
Emmerdale spoilers for next week have revealed that the pair's storyline will soon come to a head, as they're caught trying to hack into Lydia Hart's bank account.
Finally cornered by the family, Mandy and Vinny face the dreaded 'Dingle court' as they're forced to explain themselves.

Speaking to Inside Soap about what's to come, Bradley explained: "Vinny has more of a conscience than Mandy, so there's been a point where he's felt that they've needed to stop doing what they're doing.

"With the Dingles, he feels he's finally found somewhere he fits in – he's always been on the run with Mandy before – and he wants to be secure.
"Initially we saw him as a bumbling character – but there's a lot more to him than meets the eye and we'll see his true colours coming out.
"He has different sides to him. While I can't go into detail, he's a bit on the dark side and a bit on the funny side. He has a lot of personalities, but he chooses which one he plays."

Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy, recently confirmed that future episodes will confirm that Vinny is not her character's son.
Next week's episodes will also see casino boss Terry come to the Dales, ready to confront Mandy and Vinny for scamming him.
Viewers will discover that Charity was involved in the con too, adding another twist to the tale.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
