Emmerdale fans are convinced that Jamie Tate and Belle Dingle are going to embark on a romance.
Last night's (May 2) episode of the soap saw Belle help Jamie land a job at the vet, and viewers picked up just a hint of chemistry between the pair.
"Belle and Jamie are fully going to be a couple then," one person wrote, while another stated: "Belle and Jamie are going to get together. I'm calling it."
A third alluded Belle's previous warning that "Tates and Dingles don't exactly mix", saying: "Awwwwh! Romeo and Juliet in the making! (Belle and Jamie)".
Jamie's on screen mother Claire King (Kim Tate) previously suggested that Jamie and Belle could become and item, telling Digital Spy: "Belle has got a little interest in him".
Jamie actor Alexander Lincoln previously played down the chances of his character becoming involved with another Dingle – Debbie.

"So far as I know, there's nothing yet," he said. "I think it'd be interesting for Jamie. It will be interesting to see what route Jamie takes with relationships. I'm really clueless at the moment, so we'll have to see."
